CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made a minimum of  24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give us sufficient notice may incur the full cost of the appointment to be charged to you.

PAYMENT

Payment for products and services is strictly prior to the dispatch of the product or prior to the day of the appointment. 

INFORMATION REQUEST

We will ask you to provide us with some information on your health prior to your appointment and we ask that you provide this information at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid the appointment being cancelled.

COOKIES

This site may record information in relation to your use of the site, such as pages visited, searches, referring URL and timestamp. This information is anonymous and only used for market research.
